The Blessed Kateri Youth Ministry Program offers opportunities for young people in grades 9-12 to participate in the life of the parish and to form friendships in a supportive, accepting community.

Join us every Sunday at 6:00 PM for Mass with a dynamic, contemporary edge.

Music is led by our talented, energetic teen band and choir:

The Crossroads Band.

If you play an instrument or sing and would like to be part of our Music Ministry

Antioch Retreats:

Open to high school students from grades 10-12 and MANDATORY for all Year 2 Confirmation Candidates, Antioch retreats are held twice per year at the Sacred Heart Retreat Center in Newton , NJ . This is a Confirmation retreat given by a team of young people and of caring adults. Prayer, liturgy, music, games and a marvelous sense of community are always part of our Antioch weekends.

ANTIOCH RETREAT TEAM:

Interested in serving on our Antioch Retreat Team?  Antioch team is open to all junior and seniors in high school who have experienced an Antioch weekend.

Travel: So that we may experience the greater Church, young people at Blessed Kateri meet with teens from all parts of the diocese and even the world to share their social and faith experiences.

Service: Realizing that our faith calls us to share our gifts, opportunities are offered each year to be of service to others. Christian Leadership Experience is presented one week each year to those who would like to improve their leadership skills in order to serve in parish ministries.

Liturgical ministries: Service to the parish community as Eucharistic ministers, Lectors and Welcomers is encouraged for teens in grades 9-12
