You do not have to be a member to request prayers. If you do request prayers we just have one rule: The person you request prayers for should know that you are sending us the information and that we would only enter their name along with the request for prayer if they have given you permission.
At this time we have a membership of only 18. So few people for such a dynamic parish! We ask all who would like to join our Prayer Team to simply email and let us know that you wish to join. Presently we average one e-mail request every two weeks.
Everyone prays in a different way and each way is perfect! Some of us pray by rote, some pray as they go along their daily lives and some members just stop for a moment when they receive the e-mail prayer request and say a simple prayer for those in need of help. What ever way is best for you.
Also, you do not have to be a member of our Parish to join. However a member of our parish must vouch for you and know you personally.
